2. Estimates & Payment

  • All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes.

  • Payment is due as agreed upon in your estimate or invoice.

  • We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

  • Failure to pay may result in additional charges or suspension of service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and legal access to the property for our team and equipment.

  • Inform us in advance of hazardous materials, restricted access, or special handling requirements.

  • Obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or authorizations for work to be performed on the property.

4. Restrictions & Limitations

We do not remove or handle:

  • Hazardous or toxic materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals) unless explicitly agreed upon.

  • Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law.
    We reserve the right to decline services if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope of work.

5. Disaster Cleanup Services

  • During emergency events, we may provide services in coordination with FEMA, municipalities, or contractors.

  • Response times and scope of work may vary depending on disaster conditions and resource availability.

  • We are self-sufficient in lodging and logistics during disaster deployments but require coordination with local authorities for site access.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Standard services: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Disaster response: Cancellations must be made promptly to avoid deployment costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Eastern Region Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to structures or items.

  • Damage resulting from unsafe site conditions not disclosed in advance.

  • Incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of services provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Eastern Region Services and may not be used without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
